Return Policy: All sales are final once the product has been shipped out. Orders can be canceled before shipping for a full refund, but not after being shipped.

Problem with my order: Mistakes happen! If there's a problem or issue with the order upon delivery or during transit, please contact us with your order number, photos, and the issue and we will do our best to help. This includes any defects in the product.

How Long Does Shipping Take: Items are shipped out daily but can take between 1-5 days depending on volume. We will do our best to ship out orders asap.

I Want to Cancel My Order:  Sure thing! as long as the item hasn't been shipped, contact us and we can cancel it right away.

When Will I receive My Pre-Order:  Pre-Order Items will be shipped within 10-25 Days. This can't be changed as the wait is due to the volume of items that need to be made. This is the fastest they can be sent out because it's the quickest I receive them!
